At Baby Child Sleep, we recognise the complexities and multifactorial nature of disrupted sleep. We understand that traumatic perinatal experiences followed by disrupted sleep can feel overwhelming and isolating.
Our mission is to understand your journey and provide you with gentle, responsive sleep solutions tailored to your situation, offering the support and understanding you need to achieve restorative sleep.
We prioritise the entire family unit, understanding that each member plays a crucial role in the sleep environment. By considering family dynamics and relationships, we tailor our approach to ensure holistic support and lasting solutions.
We use a biopsychosocial approach to explore how biological, psychological, and social factors influence sleep patterns. This holistic perspective allows us to address underlying issues and promote sustainable improvements in sleep quality. By partnering with you, we aim to empower you with knowledge and strategies that support cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being, achieving restorative sleep for both parents and children.

Your Certified Sleep Consultant
When Louise found herself a single parent to three children under five, exclusively breastfeeding her five-month-old, her struggle with sleep deprivation reached a crisis point. Faced with the challenge of managing three dependent children, she had contemplated stopping work, until she discovered the transformative power of holistic sleep coaching.
This experience enabled Louise to return to her job in children's services while igniting her passion for helping other families resolve sleep challenges, shaping her approach which centers on the fundamental belief that restorative sleep is vital for family well-being.
Louise combines her understanding of sleep science with a biopsychosocial model, which considers wider factors that can influence infant sleep, including perinatal trauma and adversity that are often overlooked.
By prioritising attachment and emotional security at every step, she aims to ensure restorative sleep for both parents and children.
