Why I Created Baby Child Sleep
When I became a parent, I didn’t have all the answers. Far from it. Like so many others, I found myself up at 2 AM, baby in one arm, frantically Googling for solutions that didn’t compromise my instincts or values.
What I found were two extremes: harsh, outdated methods that didn’t sit well with me and vague advice that left me more confused than ever. So, I hired a sleep coach—and it changed everything.
That experience inspired me to dedicate two years to studying sleep science and developing my proven SPACE framework, designed specifically to help solo parents achieve 10-12 hours of uninterrupted sleep and manage multiple bedtimes with ease.
